This Crone Shrine appeared then faded and disappeared after reloading a save in Fyke Isle. At first I chalked it up to loading issues but then I started seeing it flash in and out of visibility at the corners of my screen throughout the quest. Now I’m seeing it at the oddest times everywhere in Velen.
